Savills has strengthened its property management team in Sweden with the appointment of Tommy Johansson as head of commercial properties.
Tommy joins from running his own development and leasing firm called Sustainable Property. Prior to this he worked at Steen & Ström. At Savills Tommy will be based in the firm’s Stockholm office and responsible for increasing the value of Savills properties under management as well as making sure they are consistently well maintained and tenants satisfied.

Tommy’s appointment follows several other recent additions to the team as part of a drive to extend and strengthen our property management service offering in Sweden in response to increased demand for our expertise.”
Savills Stockholm based property management team has extensive experience with 500,000 sq m currently under management and SEK50 million (€5.7 million) of client revenue generated by the team’s portfolio.
