Savills has been instructed as letting agents for Poleczki Business Park, a modern, class A business complex in Warsaw, Poland, on a co-exclusive basis with Colliers International.

The scheme is being constructed by UBM and CA IMMO and located on Poleczki Street in Warsaw. When completed it will consist of fifteen office and service buildings with parking facilities including a multi-storey garage. Four buildings have been completed as part of the first and second phases of the project and the third phase is currently underway, comprising two office buildings of 8,500 sq m each. As the largest business park in Central Europe, Poleczki Business Park will offer approximately 210,000 sq m of modern office space.

The complex is designed in compliance with sustainable construction standards and the buildings of the second stage have been awarded the LEED CS Gold certificate (Core and Shell). The complex is very well situated just 3km from the Warsaw Airport and 10km from the city centre, in close vicinity to express highways S2 and S79.
