Savills has appointed Johannes Schneider as a director in its corporate finance – valuation team in Germany. In his new role Johannes will focus on portfolio sales and real estate business divestments. On the buy side he will be responsible for advising on due diligence in commercial transactions and for drawing up net operating income analyses. He is based at the firm’s Berlin office.
Prior to Savills Johannes worked for 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, latterly as a senior manager in the real estate advisory team where he lead the real estate transaction services team in the firm’s Munich office.
