Savills has appointed Michał Muc as a director and head of real estate management services at its Poland office.
In his new role Michał will focus on strengthening the company’s relationship with investors and landlords as well as extending the firm’s existing domestic and international client base. In particular, Michał is responsible for continuing to drive forward Savills property management services in the retail and office sectors.
Michał joins Savills from DTZ Group where, most recently, he worked as managing director of property and asset management. He was responsible for managing a team of over 200 specialists and a portfolio of more than 40 commercial properties with a total space exceeding 1 million sq m.
Brian Burgess, managing director of Savills Poland, says: “I am delighted to secure this high profile addition to our team. Michał has an excellent understanding of the property management market and a deep knowledge of the retail and business space environment in Poland. We believe that his strong financial and business background is a good base for making optimal decisions for clients, as well as his team managing skills that we predict will deliver a high level of services and client satisfaction.”
Michal adds: “With a thorough understanding of modern real estate markets and clients’ needs we are strongly committed to delivering a much wider scope of services than ‘classic’ property management as well as ensuring that we deliver these services at the highest possible quality level. A collaborative approach and our partners’ trust are values in which we strongly believe”.
Michał has also gained experience working for PepsiCola, Ahold Polska and NAVO Polska Grupa Dystrybucyjna.
