Savills China held the Savills Industrial Redevelopment Forum at the Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen on 5 July. Attracting over 150 company executives who own old industrial plants in the city, the forum offered insights and successful cases regarding issues of redevelopment in China, particularly in Shenzhen.

Speakers included Xinping Zhao, an expert from the Shenzhen Planning and Land Redevelopment Centre, and Zhenjiang Wang, Deputy Managing Director of Horoy Group, a renowned developer in Shenzhen.

Raymond Lee, CEO of Savills Greater China, who attended the forum said, "We have had an eye on urban renewal initiatives for many years, so we set up a team of industrial redevelopment professionals and worked closely with our research department to offer solutions for any redevelopment issues that may occur.
