International real estate advisor Savills has today 29th September 2011 announced the recruitment of four new members of staff to strengthen office agency and consultancy departments.
The new staff members, who will be located at the firm’s new headquarters at Lumen in the centre of Warsaw, join Savills existing 30+ strong team. Directors Mark Freeman FRICS and Tomasz Buras join from King Sturge to lead and grow the consultancy / valuation and office agency departments respectively, using their wealth of experience and market-standing. Tomasz and Mark will be joined by office agency negotiator Dorota Ługowska and senior office agency negotiator Sebastian Świstak, also from King Sturge. Dorota Ługowska will be based in Savills Wrocław office to cover Wrocław and support Katowice and Kraków, whilst Sebastian Świstak will be based in Warsaw.
Savills Poland has been established since 2004 focusing initially on investment brokerage and has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm including investment advice, office and retail leasing, valuations / consultancy and property management. Recently Savills moved to its new offices in Lumen in Warsaw in order to accommodate and support further growth of the firm.
