Invesco Real Estate, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold the Alma Office Building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district to Rotaria S.A., a Polish private equity company.  The fully leased office property has approximately 6,000 sq m (64,583 sq ft) of lettable area and is located at 13 Marynarska Street, right opposite Galeria Mokotów, one of the largest shopping malls in Warsaw.

The Mokotów district is the most popular non-central office location in the capital city.  The Alma Office Building houses key tenants such as Renault, RCI Bank, Pol-Assistance and Call Center Poland.

Tomas Picha, Head of Transactions for CEE in Invesco Real Estate, says: "The sale of the Alma Office Building was part of our long-term strategy set in 2009 and since its purchase in 2002 we have managed to keep the property 100% leased. It is interesting to note that there are Polish private equity investors that have the resources to acquire commercial properties across Polish markets and I predict that there will be more of such transactions."
