International real estate advisor Savills advised Harbert Management in the sale of 6,600 sq m (71,041 sq ft) Clémenceau 2 office building at 215 Av George Clémenceau, Nanterre, to HSBC.
The multi-let building has been sold to HSBC for €17.4m, excluding taxes and includes 112 underground and 66 outdoor car parking spaces. It is fully let with tenants including Eurolines and Neurones.
