Represented by international real estate advisor Savills, the breakdown service has rented 900 sq m (9,686 sq ft) of office space at a cost of €11.50 per m sq per month. The property is owned by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
Assistance partner GmbH & Co. KG, which is the second biggest breakdown service in Germany, is due to commence its five-year lease in the middle of 2011.
