International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of the Canadian Embassy, has been instructed to sell its former offices at 35 Nuñez de Balboa Street, Madrid.
The property, which is in the heart of the city’s Salamanca District runs parallel to the streets of Velázquez, Castelló and Príncipe de Vergara, in the epicenter of Madrid´s commercial activity. Savills is to market the third and fourth floors comprising 1,278 sq m (13,756 sq ft) with an additional 15 parking spaces and a 30 sq m storage facility.
Other tenants at the property include the Swiss Embassy, who occupy the seventh floor.
Alberto Gómez, head of office agency says: "Throughout this year we have experienced a slight recovery in the sale of this type of assets, all of them with the common denominator of the buyer being private investors who are taking advantage of the current market situation".
