Savills has announced the appointment of Christian Bertrand as head of property management in France with immediate effect.

Christian has over 20 years experience in operational and services in the commercial property sector. He began his career at Nexity (Sari Gestion) as business unit director before being promoted to property management director. Christian then joined Sophia in 2002 as head of property management and, following the acquisition of Sophia by GE he was promoted to operation and services director as well as member of the board in charge of property management, technical management and data systems. Most recently, Christian acted as General Secretary before becoming Deputy Managing Director at Yxime (Financière Duval Group), where he has worked since 2007.

At Savills, Christian Bertrand will take a Pan European approach in offering best quality service to clients within this business sector. The recruitment is in line with Savills growth strategy in France.

Savills pan European Property Management team works for 495 investors and manages a portfolio of 3,396 properties and 28,000 tenants.
