Dutch firm Plusfood BV, advised by Savills, has chosen Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, as the location for its new German headquarters with effect 1 November 2010.
Dutch firm Plusfood BV, advised by Savills, has chosen Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, as the location for its new German headquarters with effect 1 November 2010.
The company, who have specialised in the sale of frozen poultry convenience products for almost 30 years, has leased circa 460 sq m (4,951 sq ft) of office space in the Media Harbour at Speditionsstrasse 15 from Generali Deutschland group’s portfolio.
The Media Harbour is situated at the south western edge of Düsseldorf. The airport and the motorway minutes away and the distance to the city centre is less than 1000 m. The Media Harbour increasingly attracts service providers and consulting companies and provides ideal conditions for Plusfood BV’s future German representation and the firms need to have access to the international airport.
Generali Deutschland is represented by Generali Deutschland Immobilien GmbH and was advised by Euro Property Management EPM GmbH, a subsidiary of EPM Assetis GmbH. Plusfood BV has been established for over 30 years and is headquarted in Oosterwolde in the Netherlands.
