Linkbynet builds Parisian offices

Linkbynet is building 3,800 sq m (40,902 sq ft) of offices in Saint-Denis, in the Pleyel area of Paris, advised by Savills.

The social housing firm will also occupy the four-storey premises, which are located on the A86 next to the Stade de France sports stadium.
The building features a terrace on the third floor and includes 32 indoor parking spaces and 87 outdoor spaces.  Property developers Alsei are constructing the premises to a high standard of energy efficiency, certified by Minergie, and aim to complete the project by 2012.
Serdar Bulut, of Savills France, says: "Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in commercial property so with certification from Minergie this will be an excellent, modern office building once it is completed."
