Job Description:

• Develop and accumulate client resources as well as market information, proceed negotiations with potential clients.
• Analyze trade mix and floor plans, design retail leasing schedule/plan.
• Responsible for retail negotiations; proceed leasing deals with agreements.
• Be familiar with the real estate market and retail market changes in Zhuhai.
• Participate in research and planning of the project and assist in completing the retail consultant report.
