Job Description:

  • Handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, lease re-structuring and maintain a good relationship with brands, landlord and third-party retail leasing agents for retailers sourcing.
  • Participate in leasing activities, lease renewal and lease restructuring.
  • Responsible for lease negotiation.
  • Lead the retail lease team for issuing LOI, TA , term sheets, updating leasing progress report on weekly or monthly basis, etc leasing documents preparation and process tracing.
  • Handle Tenancy Registration procedure.
  • Cooperate with tenants and Engineering department in premise taking over and handing over related matters, and shall be responsible for handover condition check for retail projects, etc.
  • Conduct local retail research and advise on retail trend.
  • Support non-local retail market research and advise on retail trend.
  • Support project manager to interview retailer to adjust retail market trend.
  • Assist in retail project positioning, repositioning and tenancy re-mix and other retail advisory projects.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 5 years' practical experience in retail leasing filed, large retail agencies, shopping malls or department stores, with work experience in world prestigious real estate consulting firms or retail project landlords is preferred.
  • Have extensive resources and good relationship network with brands and retailers.
  • Good lease negotiation skills.
  • Able to complete the relevant work according to supervisor's instructions.
  • Have strong communication, execution and learning ability.
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
