Job Description:

• Take the initiative to visit target real estate investors, actively carry out market publicity and develop customer relationship.
• Handle investment project resources development tasks and investment deal execution.
• Handle project materials preparation, analysis and presentation.
• Handle real estate markets analysis and report preparation.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or Real Estate is preferred, postgraduate degree or oversea education background is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years' practical experience in real estate investment field, with successful investment project experience in world prestigious real estate consulting firms or real estate investment funds is preferred.
• Good at info and data collection, very sensitive to numbers and pay serious attention to detail, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong business acumen with good logical and analytical thinking, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Have a good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent English reading and written proficiency is a must.
• Highly proficient with office software, e.g.: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
