Job Description:
1. Responsible for the project cost estimates, feasibility analysis and investment assessment;
2. Establish and improve the real estate asset cost structure and income evaluation and analysis system;
3. Assess the market value of real estate assets and use income;
4. Participate in the formulation of real estate investment strategy, contribute professional advice
5. Participate in valuation and surveying projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy and involve business development.
